2. Cookies and tracking

This site does not use profiling cookies, tracking cookies, or invasive analytics scripts (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).

No cookies are set while browsing. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required under current regulations.

3. Statistical analysis — GoatCounter

This site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. GoatCounter does not set cookies and does not collect personally identifiable data.

Data collected anonymously includes:

• page visited and referring URL (referrer);
• browser type and operating system (user agent);
• country of origin (derived from the IP, which is never stored);
• screen size.

None of this data is cross-referenced with other information or used to identify individual users. GoatCounter is a service of GoatCounter ApS (Denmark, EU). You can read their privacy notice at goatcounter.com.

• Purpose: anonymous statistics to improve the site.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: aggregated data is kept for a maximum of 6 months.

4. Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited).

This data is used solely to derive anonymous statistical information about site usage and to verify correct operation. It is deleted immediately after processing and is not disclosed to third parties.

Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Data voluntarily provided — contact form

By filling out the contact form you voluntarily provide: name, email address, type of service requested, and message content.

This data is transmitted and stored via the Formspree service (Formspree Inc., USA), which acts as data processor. The transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. You can read Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io.

• Purpose: to respond to your request for information or a quote.
• Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention: data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a contractual relationship arises, for legal obligations (up to 10 tax years).

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data (Art. 15);
• request rectification (Art. 16) or erasure (Art. 17);
• object to processing (Art. 21);
• request restriction of processing (Art. 18);
• receive your data in a structured format (portability, Art. 20);

7. Automated decision-making and profiling

The controller does not carry out any automated decision-making, including profiling, under Art. 22 GDPR. No personal data collected through this site is used to analyze or predict users' preferences, behavior, or personal characteristics.

This site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Formspree, GoatCounter). The controller is not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites and invites you to review them directly.

This notice may be updated at any time. The last update date is shown at the top of the page. We invite you to review it periodically.
